Refund Policy

At OrganiCulture we want you to enjoy your shopping experience and so we offer a 28 day return policy from the day the shipping company has marked the order delivered , where the product does not meet the consumer guarantee, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

To start a return, please contact us here. We’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note, if multiple orders are returned at once, the order number should be clearly marked for each item, in order for our Returns Team to accurately process the return.

Change of Mind

If you have changed your mind, you are welcome to get the product(s) returned to us within 28 days after the order has been delivered.

  • The products should be returned in the same condition as they were bought and have not been used, opened and sealed.
  • The packaging should be received with no tears or blemishes.
  • Please note we do not refund any delivery cost. 
  • Shipping on returns is at the cost of the customer.

Faulty or incorrect item

If you have received faulty or incorrect item, contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, and a photo if possible within 5 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and make it right.

Please, do not dispose of the item.


If you had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately.

Don’t dispose the product as it should be returned to us

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back with us.

Regardless the reason for the return, kindly allow a fortnight for the payment to be processed back to your account.
